GoCCMS / GoConstruct

GoCCMS is one of a number of modules in the ‘Go’ suite of products that are being developed by qedi in response to the demand by Operators and Contractors for an integrated system that can assist with the management of Construction, Commissioning, Handover, Start Up and Operation of new or existing assets whilst retaining Safety and Technical Integrity. At the heart of this range of products is the world-renowned GoC (Guidance on Certification) system that has been used in the oil and gas industry in the management of Technical Integrity of Greenfield and Brownfield installations during successful Commissioning and Start Up for over 15 Years.

GoCCMS uses a standard set of Inspection and Test Records as the main data source which assist the user in the management of pre-installation, installation, hook-up and testing activities and the product is ideal for use during the fabrication and construction phases where detailed monitoring is required, by both the Client and the Contractor, in order to allow a structured stage management for completion. Due to the structure of the GoCCMS database, it can be easily configured to use the Client’s own set of Inspection and Test Records.

GoCCMS is built on standard Microsoft technology and is web accessible. The application consists of a main core with three sub-components that together manage certificates, administration and reports, each of which access a common data store.

GoCCMS Module

This module, the main core of the system, has been designed to enable the operator to enter Inspection and Test Records and punchlist information by equipment Tag number. The sub-components that make up this module are:

Certificates

The Certificates module enables the completions management team to enter Handover Certificate information and automatically generate a Microsoft Word document from a template with Certificate Information ready for use in the field. The sub-components that make up this module are:

  • Discipline Acceptance Certificate (DAC)
  • Sub-System Acceptance Certificate (SSAC)
  • System Acceptance Certificate (SAC)
  • Discipline Pre-Commissioning Certificate (DPCC)
  • Ready For Commissioning Certificate (RFCC)

Administration

The Administration module allows the user to populate the database with project reference information, import data and configure security access. The sub-components that make up this module are:
